Cookie Dough Fat Bombs are a delicious and keto-friendly Filipino snack inspired by cookie dough flavors. These bite-sized treats are made with healthy fats and low-carb ingredients, making them a perfect option for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet. They have a rich, buttery cookie dough taste and are packed with flavor.

Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Ingredients


  • Cream Cheese (Softened)

    1 (8oz) package

  • Peanut Butter (no sugar added)

    6 tbsp

  • Butter (softened)

    3 tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Sweetener

    1/3 cup

  • Sugar-free Chocolate Chips

    1/3 cup

Steps


  1. With the exception of the chocolate chips, use a mixer to cream everything together.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to scoop the dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or container small enough to fit into your freezer (you can also use silicone molds).
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour, and then store in ziplock bags in your freezer. Keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
  5. Enjoy the Cookie Dough Fat Bombs as a quick and satisfying snack. They can be enjoyed straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
