Ingredients


  • Brussels Sprouts (trimmed and halved)

    1 pound

  • Olive Oil

    2 tablespoons

  • Garlic (minced)

    2 cloves

  • Dried Thyme

    1 teaspoon

  • Smoked Paprika

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt and Pepper

    to taste

Steps


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
