- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them gently with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Take a mushroom cap and spoon about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture into the cavity left by the removed stem. Repeat with the remaining mushroom caps.
- Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise. Wrap each mushroom with a half-slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary. Place the bacon-wrapped mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
