Steps


  1. Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open up the chicken breasts like a book.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each chicken breast. Fold the other side over to enclose the filling.
  4. Wrap two slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil to coat the bottom.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in the skillet, seam-side down, and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
