  • Fresh Thyme Leaves

  • Pepper

  • Fresh Parsley (optional for garnish)

Steps


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Brush the balsamic mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is coated evenly.
