- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
