Keto Creamy Spinach Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients


  • Large Eggs

    4 pieces

  • Fresh Spinach (chopped)

    1 cup

  • Heavy Cream

    2 tablespoon

  • Butter

    2 tablespoons

  • Cheese

    2 tablespoons

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Steps


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten. Set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until it wilts.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the wilted spinach. Stir gently to combine the eggs and spinach.
  5. Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they reach your desired level of doneness. For creamy scrambled eggs, cook until they are just set, but still slightly runny.
