 Keto Garlic Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)

    2

  • Garlic (minced)

    4 cloves

  • Fresh Ginger (grated)

    2 tablespoons

  • Soy Sauce

    2 tablespoons

  • Sesame Oil

    1 tablespoon

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

    1 tablespoon

  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional for spice)

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Green Onions (optional for garnish)

  • Sesame Seeds (optional for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each breast is coated evenly. Let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
