A delicious and creamy Filipino dessert made with coconut milk and sweetener, but with a low-carb twist.

Keto Low Carb Maja Blanca

Ingredients


  • Coconut Cream

    1 cup

  • All Purpose Cream

    200 ml

  • Stevia or Equal Gold (any sugar substitute)

    3-4 tbsp

  • Water

    1/2 cup

  • Clear Gelatin

    1 sachet

  • Butter

    1 tbsp

  • Cheese (toppings)

Steps


  1. Get a saucepan and pour 1 cup of coconut cream.
  2. Pour 200ml of all purpose cream.
  3. Add ½ cup of water, add 1 sachet of gelatin, add 1 tbsp of butter and lastly, add 3 tbsp of sugar substitute.
  4. Stir constantly and bring it to boil for about 5 mins.
  5. Get a glass bowl or mold and pour the mixture into a glass bowl or mold. Let it cool.
  6. Before it sets, add few pieces of walnuts or cheese.
  7. When it is set, It is now ready to be served.
