Keto No-Bake Brownies

Ingredients


  • Almond Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa Powder

    1/4 cup

  • Sweeteners

    1/4 cup

  • Almond Butter

    1/4 cup

  • Melted Coconut Oil

    1/4 cup

  • Vanilla Extract

    1 teaspoon

  • Salt

    1/4 teaspoon

  • Chopped Walnuts (optional)

    1/4 cup

Steps


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. Fold in the chopped walnuts if desired, reserving a few for garnishing.
  4. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the brownie mixture to the lined baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to press the mixture firmly and evenly into the dish.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved chopped walnuts on top for garnish, gently pressing them into the brownie mixture.
  7. Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  8. Once chilled and firm, remove the brownies from the baking dish and cut into squares or bars.
