Ingredients


  • Shirataki Noodles

  • Coconut Oil

    1 tablespoon

  • Onion, chopped

  • Bell Pepper, chopped

  • Ground Pork

    200 g

  • Soy Sauce

    1/4 cup

  • Oyster Sauce

  • Black pepper

Steps


  1. Cook the shirataki noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and snow peas and cook for 2-3 minutes more, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked shirataki noodles and stir to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.
