Ingredients


  • Large Eggs

    4 pieces

  • Fresh Spinach (chopped)

    1 cup

  • Small Onion (diced)

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Steps


  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onions to the skillet and sauté until they become translucent and slightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the cooked vegetables.
