Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients


  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Broccoli Florets

    1 cup

  • Red Bell Pepper (Thinly Sliced)

    1/2 cup

  • Garlic, minced

    3 cloves

  • Ginger, grated

    1 tablespoon

  • Coconut or Olive oil

    1 tablespoon

  • Coconut Aminus

    1 tablespoon

  • Seasme Oil

    1 tablespoon

  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

    1 tablespoon

  • Salt

    To taste

  • Pepper

    To Taste

Steps


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminus, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp and vegetables.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.
  10. Serve the KETO shrimp and broccoli stir-fry hot and enjoy!
